Hello,

I'm a writer in the Fresno Bee's custom publications department. We're putting together a new section called "Explore!" about various types of outdoor recreation. I'm doing a geneneral overview story to go with it on hiking, cycling and climbing. I did a google search for "hiking Fresno" and I found your post on Fresno Famous. I checked out your blog link and wondered if I could talk to/interview you about hiking for the article. My office email is sgadberry@fresnobee.com--or I've messaged you on your Fresno Famous account with my ofice phone number (which I'd rather NOT post here in a public comment, if you don't mind). I'd appreciate your assistance in this.

Thank you very much,

SG

Mil gracias for sharing your inspiring photography. I live in Argentina now, but your blog/photos remind me of California, my home, especially Yosemite, where I have a little rustic cabin and take hikes. . . I've put the gadget on my igoogle, right at the top! Will definitely link this to my own blog when I write about Yosemite.

Thanks so much for showing King's Canyon and Sequoia so much. I worked at the DYF camp in Bearskin Meadow in 06 , my first time ever in CA. I love it there. Hope to go back. Fresno is a nice city, people are friendly. I never imagined just how big the trees are until I saw them up close and personal. If I had my way they would be planted all over. We need as much beauty as we can get and a massive reminder just what a great planet we live on. Thanks again. DC Bateman, Pasadena, TX
